Wine Not?

It was our first-time ever experiencing a motorhome (and wed never tried a caravan or the like either). I focused my search on finding a self-sufficient van with a standalone shower, and quickly found Wine Not. Chris and Mon were incredibly helpful and accommodating right from the start, especially with our booking length and pickup/return times. When we picked up the van, it was clean and tidy, and Chris gave us an hour-long walkthrough on how to use and care for it. Since it was our first time, we chose a campsite right next to the pickup point (Omana cliff top campground). This meant we only had to drive a short distance and could maximize our time enjoying the van. That turned out to be a great decision because you've got to drive slowly since the van is BIG! We went in the middle of May, so we initially worried about the cold weather, but the van's heater was quite good and kept us warm. But do bring a thick blanket for cooler months. The van did not disappoint; in fact, its condition and functionality far exceeded our expectations. We especially loved the over-cab bed, which could easily fit two adults and two small children. The extended awning was also very cool and cozy! **Word of warning:** At the end of your trip, you have to return the van to its initial clean state. This includes emptying both the greywater (from the sink and shower) and the blackwater (from the toilet). Emptying the greywater is manageable even first-timers like us handled it okay. But Id say disposing of the blackwater is only for the brave souls! Overall, highly recommend Wine Not and their vans

It was our first Campervan adventure, and we were really put at ease with Chris and his explanation of how everything works and watchouts and tips. The Campervan was excellent for 2 adults and 13 year old. We all had a sleeping area each. It is well stocked with what you need and we only wish we had longer as we really enjoyed the experience. We would definitely hire Wine Not again.

We took the van for a two week trip across the Northern part of North Island. Chris and Mon were fantastic owners, with really fast communication and answering any questions we had plus providing everything you need for a careless camper van trip(olive oil, cleaning material, salt, pepper, instant coffee, bbq tools, etc). Eventhough the van has quite some years, the ride was really smooth. Also going without powered site for a couple of days is no issue for this van. It also shows Chris and Mon have little children, because our two boys of 4 and 1 had a great time in the camper and enjoyed sleeping above the cabin with the safety net. No doubt we would engage with Chris and Mon again! Thanks a lot!

Had a great trip in the Wine Not motorhome Easy to drive, practical, and everything worked as it should. Space is compact with a family of four, but exactly as expected and totally fine with a bit of organisation. Chris was awesome super helpful, quick to reply, and very easy to deal with. Would happily rent again and can definitely recommend

Excellent experience, Our first go at both Camplify and having a RV experience, and all went extremely smoothly, Chris & Mon were very friendly and took the time to take us through the details of the Van, which was exactly as described and made the holiday. Would absolutely recommend.

Last minute booking and I am so glad that we were able to book this van with Chris & Mon. The van was everything that I wanted. I wanted a van with the bed/seating out the back - so I could watch sun rises and sun sets from comfort. I wanted something fully self-contained so that we had freedom to stop wherever and whenever we needed. Chris and Mon were amazing. Great amount of communication. Lovely help and great ideas for our itinerary (without getting too involved). We got a super good run down about the van (but this was my third van hire). The only downside was the inability to charge electronics when freedom camping (was all good once attached to a powered-site). Having at least a charge port for an iPhone USB or USBC (or to charge a bank) would have been useful.

This was our very first campervan experience and it was excellent thanks to Chris & Mons motor home and their impeccable service. Chris went out of his way to make the van comfortable and spotless for us at late notice, and taught us everything we needed to know to have a smooth and problem-free trip. With such friendly and generous service we can highly recommend Chris & Mons campervan

Very comfortable beds and lovely to travel in

It was a beautiful vacation, and Chris was very flexible with the timing of pick up and drop. I would say the knife needs to be sharpened, as it doesn't cut through the vegetables/fruits. LOL Overall, my family and myself loved this little home on wheels.

The Camper was great. I had assumed my husband and I would sleep in the back bed but it was probably just smaller than a double, my children were comfortable there though. The bed up top is huge and we were very comfortable sleeping there. Everything worked well and the camper was very clean upon collection with all linen provided. Chris was great to deal with, very prompt to answer any questions and did a thorough handover. We would happily hire this Camper again.

We had such a great trip in Wine Not? the van is easy to drive for its size and the layout is awesome! Chris & Mon were really helpfull and friendly. we highly recommend this Campervan...... Go on treat yourself, Wine Not?
